Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and the company that operates RestockFinder ("we", "us"). Contact: support@restockfinder.com. By buying a pass you accept these terms.

What RestockFinder is

RestockFinder is a notification service. We check publicly shown Apple Store pickup availability and send you an alert when a product you chose appears at a store you chose. We are independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple Inc.

We do not sell phones, hold inventory, reserve products or take part in your purchase. You buy from Apple, on Apple's terms. We never ask for your Apple password.

What a pass buys

• A 7-day pass (AED 18.99) or a 30-day pass (AED 36.99), paid once, including any taxes that apply. A pass lasts exactly 168 or 720 hours from when it starts.
• Up to 3 phones with a 7-day pass and up to 5 with a 30-day pass, each one exact color and storage, with alerts by web push, email and Telegram.
• Passes never renew and we never charge you again unless you buy another pass.

No guarantee of a phone

We can't guarantee you get the phone. Stock can sell out between our check, your alert and your checkout. Our check times are shown on store pages and in your alert history.

Outages and credits

If we cannot check a store you watch for more than 30 minutes in a row, we add that time to your pass automatically. Checks can pause to protect the service; paused stores show as Paused and never trigger alerts.

Your right to cancel

Where your local law gives you a right to cancel a digital service within 14 days, you ask us at checkout to start your pass right away. If you cancel before the pass has fully run, we refund the part you have not used. Once the pass has fully run, the right to cancel ends. To cancel, email support@restockfinder.com.

Refunds

Our refund policy is part of these terms. No alert? Ask for a full refund if you kept a watch running for the whole pass and we sent you no alert, or if checks on your watched stores were paused for more than 12 hours in total. Ask within 14 days of the pass ending. Refund policy

Acceptable use

• Use alerts for your own purchases.
• Do not connect RestockFinder to automated purchasing scripts or tools, resell or republish alerts, share an account, or try to get around limits or security.
• We may suspend an account that breaks these rules and refund any unused pass time.

Changes and ending the service

If we can no longer provide alerts for a country or store, we stop new sales there, tell affected customers and refund unused passes.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the pass concerned. We are not liable for a missed purchase or for Apple's decisions about stock or orders. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of the country where you live.

Please write to support@restockfinder.com first; we answer within 2 business days. Your local consumer law and courts remain available to you.
