We don't predict restocks. Pickup stock comes back one store and one version at a time, often when you are not looking. A pass keeps checking your stores and alerts you when the color and storage you picked shows up.

It can happen. Reserve through Apple before you travel. A pass is not refundable once we have sent an alert, so turn on all three channels.

Yes. Tap Telegram, a free messaging app, when you set up alerts, and press Start to connect. Email alerts stay on while a pass runs, and each alert goes to every channel you turned on.

A 7-day pass covers up to 3 phones and a 30-day pass up to 5. Each phone is one exact color and storage, and each alert names that one phone.

No. There is nothing to cancel: a pass is one charge for 7 or 30 days, and when it ends, alerts stop and we never charge you again. You can buy a new pass once yours ends.

No alert? Ask for a full refund. You can ask if you keep a watch running for your whole pass and we send you no stock alert, or if checks on your stores pause for more than 12 hours in total. An alert counts once it reached you on at least one channel and the stock reading behind it was under a minute old when we sent it. If an alert was out of date or wrong, email us and we'll look at it. Ask up to 14 days after your pass ends. We check each request and email you our decision.
