Privacy policy

This policy explains what RestockFinder collects and why. Questions or requests: support@restockfinder.com.

What we collect

• Your email address, to sign you in and send alerts and pass emails.
• Your watches: products, colors, storage, a center point rounded to within about half a mile, and a radius.
• Alert destinations: browser push tokens for each device you turn on, and your Telegram chat ID if you connect Telegram.
• Alert history: when stock was seen, when alerts were sent and opened.
• Payment references from Stripe (we never see or store your card number).
• Basic security data: IP address with sign-in attempts, kept to stop abuse.

Who processes it

• Cloudflare (hosting, database, alert and sign-in emails, and the sign-in check that stops automated sign-ups), Stripe (payments), Telegram (if you connect it), and the push services of your browser maker.

We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Detailed check and alert records are deleted after 90 days; we keep totals. Account and payment records are kept as long as the law requires for tax and accounting. Sign-in codes and the IP address used with them are deleted after 7 days. Push tokens are deleted when you turn a device off or delete your account.

Your choices and rights

You can turn push alerts off for each device, and Telegram alerts off, in your account at any time. Email alerts stay on while a pass runs: email is our backup alert channel. We also email the sign-in codes you ask for, pass notices and refund decisions. To stop all email from us, delete your account.

You can delete your account yourself in your account page. We then delete your email address, watches, alert channels and the alerts tied to your account, and we keep payment records as long as the law requires for tax and accounting. You can also ask us for a copy of your data, or to delete your account, by emailing support@restockfinder.com. Residents of states with privacy laws (for example California, Colorado, Virginia) have rights to access, correct and delete; we honor them for everyone.

Cookies

We use one sign-in cookie. No advertising or tracking cookies. The ZIP code you type in the stock checker is used to find the nearest stores and is not saved to an account; your browser keeps the last one on your device so the checker can fill it in next time. We do not track you across other sites, so a Do Not Track signal from your browser changes nothing here.
